GENDER ROLES

Moving on From Human Needs to Preferences (Human Wants) and Gender Roles

Our first Conversation (Episode One) and Laying it all on the Table

Why is it necessary to cut to the chase about Gender Roles?

Gender Roles cross all types of relationships

Understand Who you Are and What you Expect

LUCKY EXPOSED THE TRUTH ABOUT HOW HE SAW THE IDEAL RELATIONSHIP

He Wanted Gender Roles to compliment, not compete, with one another

Lucky Picks on the Women FIRST

Roles of the Woman (The Feminine Role)

Roles turn on/off, up/down as needed.

Gender Roles have changed over the years

What Young boys who grew up in the 50’s and 60’s saw

Men took liberties in relationships, affairs, etc.

Men had free-rein, and Women were victimized

     Leave it to Beaver

     June Cleaver was home

Ward Cleaver was out or in the study

Victimizing and Abuse toward women was the norm, verbal/emotional/physical

“Because I said so” is not a good reason

“I will never treat MY woman like that.” “I won’t be THAT guy.”

How Compromise is not the KEY, but the DEATH of a relationship

Compromises of Character, Personality, Morality, What’s Best for the family

The Rebound Over-Compromise of men has Resulted in Lack of leadership

“Somebody has to be the Captain of the Ship”

     A King without a Castle

Men became too soft and accommodating – violating best interests of family

SIMULTANEOUSLY, A GENERATION OF WOMEN WEREN’T GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE

     Women Reacted in Defiance

Women Fought unfair situations in workforce, creating a backlash that transferred            into the home

The roles became blurred, but women were still working in AND out of the home

Identifying Roles and being UNCOMPROMISING clears out the ambiguity

COMPROMISE

Compromising is usually done out of Fear of “The Price to Pay”

The Difference between Compromise and Changing Minds for the Greater Good

“If it’ll shut you the hell up”

We Get Good at What we Practice, including COMPROMISE

Deviating from a clear defined path for the betterment of the unit is COMPROMISING

Don’t be surprised if there is an affair or divorce

We lose our moral compass when we continually lie, make excuses and justify                    behaviors

The Importance of the time in the Mirror, be Honest with YOURSELF

WHY WE HAD A GENDER ROLE CONVERSATION A FEW HOURS IN OVER THE PHONE

Where is this relationship going, and what form will it take?

It is better to know NOW.

Gender Roles is a great conversation to have earlier, rather than later

If you think you want to SLEEP WITH THIS PERSON, this is the conversation you need        to have FIRST.

Sex, Physical Chemistry, Romantic Involvement Clouds Your Judgment

“GOOD SEX WILL MAKE YOU PUT UP WITH A LOT OF CRAP”

Knowing what we offered and expected in the relationships’ roles enhanced our                sexual and romantic desires.

PICK ON THE WOMEN, FIRST (FEMININE GENDER)

Woman’s Role is to bring sensory PLEASURE to the Relationship

VISUAL – Clothing, 50,000 pairs of shoes, makeup, meals, place settings, décor

SMELL – Perfume, food smells, candles, incense

SOUND – Soft music, voice, laughter

TOUCH – Bedroom, physical touch, her softness, soft towels, furniture, bed, soft                 and welcoming feels

TASTE – Food, Mmmm! Her flesh!

Bringing Deliberate Feminine Sensory Pleasures trumps other areas for Him

Anything else she brings to the relationship is icing on the cake

THE MASCULINE ROLE

Men have tragically let down Women

The Feminine has Primary Needs of Security, Safety, Comfort and Adventure

All Romance novels portray Appealing Rogues who take charge, have requirements,          but are also tender

Fifty Shades of Grey Billionaire bringing Security with Risky Behavior

Buying things only satisfies or distracts her for a moment

There is an entire Culture of Men who believe merely providing a full time job is                  enough

“That Car won’t hug me Back”

Men want women to bring them all those feminine attributes, but!

What are men doing for women that inspire, protect, nurture her to meet his needs?

Dawn Had to Assume Masculine roles in Previous Relationships

Dawn felt guilty asking for only one thing…

How many women would want to really assume the feminine role, if they could?

Dawn’s friends thought she would climb the walls in a pleasuring, feminine role

The Softer version of Dawn is more Authentic

Feeling Secure Because of Lucky’s Masculine Role allowed Dawn to Experience her            true Feminine self

Most of Dawn’s friends would have thought Dawn was full of shit

Dawn finally felt free to express herself in her true feminine role

What Dawn’s friends say NOW about her in the Feminine role

Dawn no longer lives in masculine “default” and the “Edge” is gone

Masculine role now feels foreign, and wears Dawn out

A Woman’s strength is in her femininity, vulnerability and softness

     It WORKS!

The Softer Dawn is…The Harder Lucky is

The Wreck, and losing physical strength Forced Dawn to become softer

How Dawn uses her Femininity outside the Relationship

The world REFLECTS who we are at our Core.

The World Rises up to Care for her instead of Fighting against her

The world became more accommodating as Dawn became softer and more feminine.

Becoming More Authentic and Settled Internally Benefitted every Area

     Taking the Mask Off

HOW DAWN BEING HER AUTHENTIC FEMININE ROLE INCREASED LUCKY’S MASCULINE ROLE

Lucky was inspired and motivated to realize his Masculine Strength and “step up his          game”

Many Men pick emotionally weak women because it’s easy to be “The Hero”

The Difference between Weakness and Strength in the Gender Roles

Being a Feminine Woman is NOT a Weakness

Emotionally Weak Men use tactics to cover up their weakness and fears

Women shift to the Masculine role when men are not acting out of Strength

BEING “THE MAN” IS MORE THAN SAFETY/ADVENTURE

Men must Educate themselves: Be wise, make intelligent decisions for the family

     Be WORTHY of her trust

The Decision on the MATE and Gender Roles

Be Honest:  Understanding the Roles, Know Who you are and what you expect

“WHO ULTIMATELY IS RUNNING THIS RELATIONSHIP?”

     “I am”

The Feminine Woman Controls the Relationship

     “The Vagina Rules the World”

“It’s easier to find a vagina than a man with a fat wallet”

A WEALTHY MAN CAN ONLY CONTROL WEAK WOMEN

A GORGEOUS WOMAN CAN ONLY CONTROL WEAK MEN

The Role of the Admiral determines “Direction”

The Role of the Captain “Calls the Shots,” gets there safely, ONLY when he is qualified

The Admiral ultimately gives Direction, and the Captain Rises to the Occasion

Trust, Understanding, Authenticity and Capability are Required from Both Genders

Both Genders Work together to create An Amazing Relationship

CONCLUSION:

Have the Conversation about Gender Roles EARLY

Know what you BRING AND What you REQUIRE

     Make them SHOW it

Be WORTHY of what you WANT
